Madaket Growth, LLC (“MG”) is a privately-owned holding company engaging in founding and building high-quality companies for its own account and developing highly-specialized private placements. 

 

Certain officers or members of MG may hold securities licenses (for example Series 7 and Series 63), however, these licenses are not held by MG.

 

Disclosures relevant to Madaket Social Growth:

 

With respect to Madaket Social Growth, LLC, MG is a “private fund adviser” in the state of Missouri that, while exempt from registering as an investment adviser in Missouri, is required to file with the Missouri Securities commission an exempt reporting adviser filing and annual updates of such form.  With respect to Madaket Social Growth, LLC, MG is not required to register as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.  Madaket Social Growth, LLC is not required to register as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. 

 

MG, as Manager of Madaket Social Growth, LLC, is required under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to maintain records and provide any reports with respect to Madaket Social Growth, LLC that the SEC determines are “necessary or appropriate in the public interest or for the protection of investors.”
