The Forum for Responsible and Sustainable Investment (USSIF) provides access to the subject-matter expertise from the massive-scale funds and drive these into the private company investment space.  A significant level of expertise and access to expert resources is made available to MG and its investors through these memberships.

Raymond A. D. Desloge, Member, President, Secretary, Board of Directors
Raymond Desloge has been with Madaket Growth since 2007 in positions including technology and President. Raymond is on the board of directors of Tenant Rep Agency, LLC, member board of directors of Equity Growth International, LLC. Raymond is the past member of the board of directors of Cutwater Shift, LLC. He is also chief of technology and contract manager of figures.com.

Jeffrey Holtz is Senior Vice President of Madaket Growth, and member of the Investment Committee. Mr Holtz currently holds securities licenses Series 7 and Series 63 through Oppenheimer & Co. an investment banking practice in energy, renewable energy, telecom and hospitality. Prior to Madaket Growth, Mr. Holtz was Managing Partner of Ponte Vedra Energy Partners, LLC (PVEP) - a firm engaged in investments, consulting/strategic planning and corporate finance. PVEP   serves the energy industry by investing in natural resources and renewable energy projects for its own account and provides advisory services to other natural resource firms. The company also invests in technology opportunities, primarily in the energy and information technology industries.

Mr. Holtz is a Graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics-majoring in accounting. Mr. Holtz has taken graduate courses in finance at Washington University School of Business and received his CPA certificate in 1981. Mr. Holtz also has a Masters of Theological Studies-summa cum laude at Covenant Theological Seminary, the national seminary for the Presbyterian Church in America.
Mr. Holtz spent the first five years of his career in both auditing and tax with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (Philadelphia) and Touche Ross & Co (St. Louis). After leaving public accounting, Mr. Holtz spent the next 21 years with several Wall Street firms (EF Hutton and Oppenheimer & Co.) in retail & institutional sales and corporate finance. In 1997 Mr. Holtz joined Everen Securities (formerly Kemper Securities) as the corporate finance liaison, taking early retirement in 2000 as a Sr. VP after its acquisition by First Union Bank. 

In 2000, Mr. Holtz started PVEP to make investments in natural resources and to provide specialized financial advisory services to three principal clients: CDX Gas, LLC, a large privately held coal-bed methane gas (CBM) company in Dallas, Tersus Energy, Plc, a British public company in the alternative energy industry and Standard Energy, Inc. a large privately held coal company in Columbus, Ohio. These engagements entailed several transactions including: brokering a $140 million twelve year forward gas sale, negotiating the purchase of the 200,000 acre BP-AMOCO gas field on the Jicarilla-Apache Indian Reservation for $98 million, acting as a placement agent for a $80 million secured note offering, representing an owner of 400 million tons of coal reserves and developing a 30 BCF gas storage facility in West Virginia.

In 2004, Mr. Holtz become the Chairman of the Board of a “reverse-engineering” firm called REaladi, Inc. out of the Boeing Corporation in a $2 million private equity transaction. In 2005, Mr. Holtz sold his interest in REaladi, Inc. to the other officers of the company. In 2006, Mr. Holtz continued to work for his principle clients and developing renewable energy projects targeted at America’s agricultural sector for ECL. In 2009, Ponte Vedra created and led the financing by a British Private Equity Firm of a 53 Million ton metallurgical Coal Company in Price, Utah, for Nautilus Natural Resources, LLC. 


Ken McKinney, Chief Financial Officer, Member Investment Committee
Ken McKinney serves as the chief financial officer. Ken received his BS in Accounting from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Missouri, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, and he is a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Mr. McKinney has more than 30 years of financial and operational experience that includes technology services, advertising, manufacturing, professional services, auto and truck repair service and retail. Ken has held positions as CFO, controller, director of finance and CPA providing effective leadership in the areas of accounting and finance, human resources, credit and collections, billing, risk management and insurance, procurement and information technology.

Mr. McKinney’s career includes Director of Finance, Avanade Inc. (joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft), May 2003 – September 2012. Mr. McKinney conducted management and maintenance of a $28M budget for all departments within the US Operations Operating Unit consisting of Legal, Human Resources, Recruiting, Finance, Executive, Facilities, and ITS; Provided supervision to the North America operations' Sarbanes-Oxley internal control compliance; Presided over the monthly financial statements and forecasts for the North America operations, responsible for preparing and presenting the month over month and current month to current forecast P&L variance commentary to the global management team.  Served as an effective finance lead for the North America organization restructuring; responsible for laying out the structure for profit centers and costs centers for the accounting system, as well as developing financial report formats; supervised preparation of monthly working capital reports including accounts receivable, unbilled services, advanced billings, and DSO to precisely monitor the $80 million in working capital.

Mr. McKinney started his career as a Tax Manager with KPMG US from 1980 – 1985 and advanced over the years; Senior Vice President/CFO EckAdams 1986 – 1992; Partner Hubb & McKinney, PC 1992 – 1995; Owner Kenneth A. McKinney, CPA 1995 – 2000; CFO/Controller GA Sullivan, Inc (Acquired by Avanade Inc.) January 2000 – May 2003. 

Mr. McKinney specializes in the development of financial and business analysis, presents business situations to leadership and drives achievement of goals, provides timely and accurate financial reporting, improves cash flow, and develops and implements plans to maximize the value of their business. In so doing, he delivers financial and operational solutions, including cost reductions, inventory control and revenue growth.
Ken has extensive expertise in developing and implementing key business metrics and sound financial controls enabling him to support operational and strategic business growth. As a very goal-oriented and hands-on leader in St. Louis and surrounding areas, he is adept at building consensus to creatively solve problems. Ken's areas of expertise include cash management, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, business process improvement, key indicator and financial reporting systems, margin improvements,  inventory reductions and cost reductions, ERP system implementation and conversions, Risk management, legal liability and contract review, bank, CPA, insurance and attorney relationships, acquisition due diligence and integration, internal control and staff development.

Christopher D Desloge, Bluewater Coatue, external advisor; founder, past chair of Board of Directors
Mr. Desloge is the founder and past chair of Madaket Growth, a holding company of high-margin service-based businesses in sectors of consulting, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, web-based services and other blue ocean opportunities. Mr. Desloge's career includes extensive large-transation commercial real estate experience, owning and operating organizations; and consulting for billion-dollar service and manufacturing firms. 

In total, he has been involved in over two dozen organizations, focusing his specialties in partnership development, executive leadership, performance improvement and high level negotiations. His specific emphasis in fortune 500 performance improvement is with companies such as Pepsico, Coca-Cola, MasterCard and Enterprise Rent a Car through his affiliation with Maritz and Profit Growth International.

Mr. Desloge's non-profit leadership includes three decades of dedication to philanthropy in several areas. He served as the National Disaster Relief Coordinator for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita to over 10 cities in the Gulf Coast. He has been on the staff or board of directors of over a dozen NPOs including the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, the American Red Cross, Habitat For Humanity, the Center for Head Injury Services, the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute, the Hopital Sacre Coeur, the Milot Haiti International Hildreth Meiere Association and the private not for profit foundations Desloge Foundation, Grace Havens and Foundation for Commercial Philanthropy. He has received multiple awards and plaques and continues to dedicate his, and his company's time and resources to philanthropy and encourages all of his employees in his companies to follow suit.

Mr. Desloge presently is an external, senior advisor and consultant to Madaket Growth through his Bluewater Coatue agency as shepherds of the strategy, professional activity and market development in commercial enterprise and faith & community service; each inter-relating, co-operating and as co-beneficiaries. Mr. Desloge's interest in Madaket Growth are held in trust, and has no management of Madaket Growth.

Paul M. Sheldon - VP and Chief Social Investment Officer
Paul has over thirty years of experience in the area of socially responsible investing with experience with Changemakers Foundation; Natural Capitalism Solutions; TreePeople’s Coldwater Canyon Education and Participation Center. Paul's experience includes detailed knowledge of socially responsible and impact investing; and a deep experience in NPO development and management.
